Clara Yue first served as a member of the AWWA Programmes & Services Committee in 2011. She was a member of the Board from 2013 to 2017 and was reappointed to the Board in May 2022. Clara has also served as a member of the Finance, Audit, Investment, School Management, and Community Partnership Committees and is currently chairperson of the Community Partnership Committee.
Clara started her career as a tax professional with a public accounting firm in Hong Kong for about seven years. She then worked at several banks in Hong Kong and Singapore, including: HSBC, UBS, ABN Amro, and UniCredit Bank for 17 years as an in-house tax adviser, while covering corporate planning and compliance roles.
Clara has a degree in Business Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has held accounting qualifications in Hong Kong and the UK.
