“I am 81 this year. I have been with AWWA Senior Activity Centre (SAC) for 10 years. I volunteered to do warm ups for an exercise programme and took care of the elderly there. I used to come three times a week but nowadays I seldom come to AWWA SAC. My wife has some kidney issues so as a complication she lost her eyesight but she can still see shadows. Nowadays I have to send her for dialysis every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.”
