Varsha Bipinchandra has extensive years of experience in governance, internal and external audit, finance, investment oversight, insurance operations and enterprise risk management.
She was the Regional Head of Operational Risk at HSBC Insurance Asia Pacific. In 2014, she co-founded Singapore Life Pte Ltd, a direct life insurance company in Singapore and was responsible for governance, finance and risk management.
Varsha holds a Chartered Financial Analyst, Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Bachelors of Accountancy (Hons) from National University of Singapore
