Ng Lee Lee, AWWA’s Director, Disability & Inclusion, spoke about the importance of stronger partnerships between social service agencies and technology partners in delivering safer, more responsive support for persons with disabilities. The programme also featured AWWA Home’s use of AI, showcasing a staff-developed facial recognition system that identifies residents with more than 90% accuracy to support day-to-day care.
