“As a Programme Assistant at AWWA Special Student Care Centre, I help to create activities and lesson plans for children with additional needs. The children that I work with make each day fulfilling as I know my work is making a positive impact and I am helping each individual to grow, gain skills and work towards independence. Every day, I am providing care and support to someone who needs it most, helping them to become confident in their own abilities. It is exceptionally motivating to me that time spent with these children is a chance for me to do something meaningful and make a difference!”
