Home Therapy started in 2016 and supports people with various medical conditions, such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, cardiac/respiratory condition etc.

The service is for the client who is unsuitable or unable to receive rehabilitation services at Community Hospitals (“CHs”) or other centre-based rehabilitation facilities. A therapist shall visit the client at home to design and review maintenance exercises for the client and train the client’s caregiver to perform these exercises on the client on a regular basis.
