Eiseli is the Director of AWWA’s Allied Health Professional Group (AHPG) and Youth Disability, reporting to CEO Karthik. AHPG is one of Singapore’s largest and most established therapy hubs operated by a social service agency, bringing together physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech language therapists, and psychologists to support the social service, healthcare and education sectors.
Eiseli is dedicated to capacity building and holistic care, expanding AWWA’s Allied Health Professionals expertise, fostering transdisciplinary collaboration, and driving the strategic direction of AWWA’s youth disability services. She also leads the AWWA Centre for Transformation and Innovation (ACTION) office, which promotes innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Eiseli previously held key roles across various healthcare institutions. As Director of Partnerships and Membership at the National Healthcare Group, she was part of the pioneering team behind the Population Health Campus, integrating health and social care to enhance the well-being of over 1.5 million residents in Central and North Singapore. At Tan Tock Seng Hospital, she spearheaded multiple initiatives including the Community Right Siting Programme, which improved patient transitions from specialist outpatient clinics to primary care providers. As Director of the Centre for Healthcare Innovation, she helped establish a collaborative innovation hub focused on driving systemic health and social transformation while promoting sustainable healthcare solutions. She began her career honing her operational expertise at Raffles Medical Group.
Eiseli holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science.
