Amy is the Principal of AWWA School @ Napiri, reporting to CEO Karthik.
AWWA School @ Napiri serves students aged 7 to 18, who are diagnosed with multiple disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Amy leads her multi-professional team with a focus on fostering a nurturing environment that maximises each student’s potential to thrive.
Prior to helming AWWA School @ Napiri, Amy led two AWWA services – Community Integration Service, and Special Student Care Centre for students in mainstream and special education settings, respectively.
Before joining AWWA, Amy spent over a decade in the Ministry of Education and was a Senior Assistant Director of Psychological Services, where she developed, implemented, and reviewed policies and initiatives on provisions to support students with special educational needs in mainstream schools.
Amy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Arts (Social Work/Sociology) with Merit.
