Kelvin is the Principal of AWWA School @ Bedok and reports to CEO Karthik. AWWA School @ Bedok commenced operations in 2022 and is designed to serve students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) aged 7 to 18. Previously serving as Vice-Principal, Kelvin now leads a passionate multi-professional team that is committed to empowering students and caregivers through tailored learning plans and holistic intervention to maximise their potential to thrive.
Kelvin joined AWWA in 2014 and has held various key appointments within the organisation, including Clinical Head of Psychology. As the Research and Impact Lead, he mentored and supervised other AWWA staff on intervention evaluation and outcome measurement.
Prior to joining AWWA, Kelvin held clinical roles in Singapore and the USA such as Clinical Supervisor and Educational Psychologist. He also taught psychology and research-based modules at Temasek Polytechnic and the Singapore University of Social Sciences. In 2013, driven by his passion for fostering inclusivity, he piloted a social skills enrichment programme for the staff at Joan Bowen Café, which employs persons with additional needs.

- Psychology Sub-team of the Social Service SkillsFuture Tripartite Taskforce (Member)
- NCSS Research Coalition (Member)

Kelvin holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Counselling/School Psychology.
